Project manager audiovisual techniques
We are looking for a driven Project Manager audiovisual techniques with ambition.
As PM you are responsible for the qualitative and profitable implementation of projects at our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with large and international customers; examples are VRT & VTM (news studio), new Congress building in Bruges, Headquarters Fortis in Brussels, Flemish Parliament, Renson HQ Waregem, Agristo HQ Wielsbeke and site in Tilburg, Fire Brigade Antwerp control room, etc.
These "state of the art" projects require a careful follow-up and approach where communication with all parties involved is very important. In this fascinating job with a pronounced variation, you are involved from design to completion of the project.
It is a function with many challenges but also with a lot of satisfaction.
Designing/developing audiovisual solutions.
Support and advice of sales team.
Drawing of diagrams.
Analysis of specifications and price requests.
Calculation of price setting and budget.
Requesting quotes from various suppliers and service providers.
You follow up the project from start to finish.
Managing the project leaders/team on site.
Organize and attend site meetings.
Strictly monitor and optimize the planned project budget.
Subsequent calculation and settlement of additional work.
Preparing safety files and as built files.
You report directly to the Business Unit Manager.
Hold a higher technical degree or equivalent through experience
Experience in execution of projects special techniques.
Knowledge of and with technical drawing programs.
Possess the skills to manage people.
Communication skills provide comfort.
Being administratively strong is a must.
Team player who can work with all internal departments.
