Thoughtful AV solution makes the Vynckeneers' event hall a versatile top venue

Headquartered in Harelbeke, they combine innovative technology with strong family values. For events, VYNCKE has a unique hall, which was recently given a thorough audiovisual upgrade.
Multifunctional space requires smart AV integration
The question was clear: how do we turn this space into a multifunctional hall where receptions, company parties and professional presentations can go ahead, without having to rebuild everything technically every time? A high-end AV solution was indispensable to make this flexibility possible. The hall is mainly used for internal events, but is also occasionally opened for activities of befriended companies or organisations. The big challenge was to integrate all visible technology on one central truss, separate from the existing roof structure, in order to respect the character of the building. Thanks to close consultation and customisation, we were able to solve this aesthetically and technically.
The lighting features several pre-programmed lighting atmospheres, allowing VYNCKE staff to quickly switch between different scenes depending on the type of event. The system is easy to operate and makes it possible to create the right atmosphere every time.The projectors provide quality presentation options. For the audio system, Play AV deliberately chose a mix of loudspeakers that responds perfectly to the needs of different zones within the building.
Operation of the lighting and projectors is perceived as user-friendly by those familiar with the system. It is also easy for new users to get started with it. In addition, the tracking spotlight is linked to a joystick, allowing positions to be adjusted easily and without specialist knowledge.
