Play AV continues its growth strategy by acquiring Videocenter

Play AV, headquartered in Nazareth, acquires Videocenter, a fellow member of the industry. The acquisition fits in perfectly with the growth strategy of the Play group, which is planned for the next five years. The Limburg audiovisual company is known for its quality finishing, excellent service and references such as the KRC Genk Luminus Arena and Carglass HQ.

Play AV has been an established player in the audiovisual market for 25 years. Its core activities are the rental, sale and installation of audiovisual products and services. With the acquisitions of AV Line (Tervuren) and AV Studio (Temse) in 2012, the Play group's further growth plan for the next five years is now also outlined. The target has been set at 25 million euros.

The acquisition of Videocenter therefore fits perfectly within this growth strategy. The company has a specific AV knowledge and know-how and is active in Limburg, a completely unexplored area for Play AV. The combination of Videocenter's strong management and pronounced growth attitude was decisive for the acquisition.

Play AV and Videocenter are now part of the PLAY Invest group. Both companies have coordinated their corporate culture. However, Videocenter will continue its activities autonomously and will eventually be fully integrated into the Play group.
